Thanks for dropping by loco-art.com. We’re crazy about art and if you’re an artist we’d love to have you join us.

Historically this site has been a personal online gallery for images of family and friend’s artwork. Recently I’ve started to widen my social circle to include any artist who would like to have a free online gallery. At this point in time I really have these two initiatives:

1. Build a community of artists by hosting a free simple gallery of up to six images of each artist’s work. The artist’s contact information and links to their own website can be included as we’re not trying to replace the artists online presence, only supplement it. For the artists we believe there is benefit to having an online presence with like minded people in their pursuit of what being a successful artists means to them. For us its about enjoying art and interactions.
   
2. Gather information on what problems artists and art venues have and to explore solutions that would be fun to implement. For artists they get to propose problems to solve and hopefully benefit from solutions developed by us . The benefit for us is the social interaction, the higher purpose of serving a community and the fun and opportunities that come from implementing the solutions.
