By registering as an artist and uploading images to LOCO-ART.COM, you guarantee that you have read these Terms and Conditions and that you agree to abide by all clauses within these Terms and Conditions.
2. COPYRIGHT OWNERSHIP
By providing an images to the LOCO-ART.COM you guarantee that you are the legal owner of the copyright of that images having full and unrestricted rights for the purposes of LOCO-ART.COM to display the picture.
3. THIRD PARTY RIGHTS
By providing an images, you guarantee that such use of the images on LOCO-ART.COM does not violate the rights of any other party, does not result in a breach of contract between you and another party and that you accept responsibility for any royalties or fees due to any other party from the use of the provided images.
4. PEOPLE SEEN IN IMAGES
By uploading an images, you guarantee that any people which are clearly identifiable have consented to have their likeness printed or displayed, or that you have full rights to use the images in this manner and accept full responsibility for such use.
5. ACCEPTING AND REJECTING IMAGES
All images uploaded to the LOCO-ART.COM will be assessed by a loco-art member for suitability. Loco-art .com reserves the right to reject and remove any provided images from display on its website, for any reason, at any time, without prior notice.
6. RESPONSIBILITY FOR CONTENT
When providing an image, you are solely responsible for its content and for any offence, claims or damages that arise from the content of that image.
7. RIGHTS GRANTED TO LOCO-ART.COM
Loco-art.com does not claim any copyright or any kind of ownership rights to the images you provide.
By providing an images to LOCO-ART.COM you thereby grant to LOCO-ART.COM a royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide right to display the image in your personal gallery or other areas of the LOCO-ART.COM site which link to your personal gallery.
8. DERIVATIVE WORKS OF USER IMAGES
Loco-art.com will resize the images to 300 pixels wide for thumbnails and 900 pixels wide for larger and reserves the alter images in this way to ensure suitability for the use on the LOCO-ART.COM web site or mobile applications. This resizing is intended to reduce the image suitability for reuse by any visitors to the site. Let us know if you have any concerns and we will do our best to accommodate.
9. INDEMNITY FROM CLAIMS
By submitting information or images you agree to indemnify and hold LOCO-ART.COM and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees and representatives free from any claim or demand from any violation of any other party’s rights caused by the use of or the content within the LOCO-ART.COM website.
